New actual research "Bankoroshich"

In February 2011 Armenian Marketing Association carried out a syndicated research "Bankoroshich" in Yerevan. This study was aimed at identifying a number of indicators, such as bank ratings, trust of clients, etc. The study presented clients' views about the banking system, as well as evaluation of each bank in the scope of its real and potential customers.The seminar presentation of the study results took place on April 28, 2011 under the Union of Banks of Armenia (UBA) and Armenian Marketing Association. The presentation was also attended by representatives of 16 commercial banks operating in Armenia:

The results of the study reflect the reputation, activity and effectiveness of advertising campaigns of the banking system as a whole, as well as of each bank separately.The relevance and value of "Bankoroshich" is that it allows to identify possible changes in the banking system based on the opinions of clients, and also provides an opportunity for managers and heads of marketing departments to assess their own marketing activities and strategy as well as those of their competitors.Syndicated research "Bankoroshich will be carried out for 4 times annually.
